THE GAP
You've got the workouts. Now what?
You own a kettlebell. Maybe a bar in a doorway. You know four movements, and you know five, ten, ten.
What you don't know is what to do on Tuesday.
Or when to add weight. Or what to do on the week your kid gets sick and you train twice instead of five times — and then don't know where to pick it back up.
That isn't a motivation problem. Nobody ever showed you how to build the week.
THE PROGRAMME
Three days a week.
Two weeks.
How I actually train. Written down.
Three strength days, one optional kettlebell day, steps every day. Then the whole thing runs again — one level harder. Forever. That's the design, not a shortcut.
Every exercise has two versions. A gym version, and a home version that needs nothing but a doorway pull-up bar, one kettlebell and a resistance band.
Part of how I train is in a gym. I'm not going to pretend otherwise. But you can do all of it at home, and the document shows you both, side by side.
Honestly
Don't buy this if
You don't need it. Genuinely.
It isn't in here. That's the other half, and I'm still working on it.
This is the same two weeks, repeated. That's the whole point of it.

Questions
Before you buy
Why pay, when the two free sheets are right there?
The sheets are two workouts. This is what to do with the other five days — how push, pull, legs and the kettlebell fit into a week, and how you get harder over time instead of doing the same session forever. If the free sheets are enough for you, genuinely, keep them and don't buy this.
Do I need a gym?
No. Every exercise has a home version. A doorway pull-up bar, one kettlebell and a band covers all of it.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. Every movement has an easier version — right down to standing up out of a chair instead of squatting.
I've got a bad back.
So do I, for fifteen years. But I'm not a doctor and I don't know anything about yours — ask someone who does before you start. What I can tell you is that every movement in here has a lighter version, and nothing in it is complicated.
What if I only have one kettlebell?
That's all the home column uses. One bell, start to finish.
